Refund policy

At Berry, we want you stoked on everything you order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we roll with returns:

Returns

  • Items must be in perfect, unused condition, packed in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Hit us up at berry@berrybrand.co within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure your return reaches us within 30 days.

  • Sorry, we can’t accept returns on accessories, headwear, sale items, or gift cards.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns aren’t free — shipping fees are on you.

  • Berry isn’t responsible for lost returns or shipping charges, so make sure to track your package!


Exchanges

  • We don’t do direct size swaps, but you can return an item and place a new order in a different size.


International Returns

  • If you’re sending items from outside the U.S., clearly mark your package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid extra customs fees.

  • Any customs charges are on you, not us.


Pro Tips for Smooth Returns

  • Always use tracking when sending items back — better safe than sorry.

  • Once we get your package, refunds usually take 10–15 business days to process.
